Chlorambucil, kutane Nebenwirkungen

Orales Zytostatikum aus der Gruppe der Stickstoff-Lost-Derivate (Alkylanz), das v.a. die Reifung und die Proliferation von Lymphozyten verhindert. Chlorambucil und das nahe verwandte Melphalan haben eine ähnliche Wirkweise wie Cyclophosphamid. 

Chronische lymphatische Leukämie, Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome, Hodgkin-Lymphom, kutanes T-Zell-Lymphom, Lymphogranulomatose. Weiterhin wegen der guten Verträglichkeit Einsatz auch beim Morbus Waldenström.

Vereinzelte Berichte über positive Effekte liegen vor für:

• Systemische Sklerose (Clements P et al. 1993)
• Bullöses Pemphigoid (Milligan A et al. 1990)

Kutane UAWs:

• Urtikaria
• Toxische epidermale Nekrolyse
• Erythema multiforme
• makulopapulöse Exantheme.

Allgemein: Amikrobielle Zystitis, Fieber, Stomatitis, Pharyngitis, Konjunktivitis. Selten hämolytische Anämie.
