Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler: Diffuse, veil-like, only slightly consistency increased sclerosis of the skin, in case of less inflammatory Lichen sclerosus.
Secondarymilia in an underlying disease with blister formation: Pinhead-sized, spherical, yellowish-white, raised nodules on the back of the hand and fingers of an 8-week-old boy with Epidermolysis bullosa simplex Koebner. Isolated erosions of a few millimeters in size after healed blisters.
Folliculitis decalvans: Alopecia like a footstep with fresh and older scars. Left picture: Inflammatory area with yellowish crusts. The process has been going on for several years, in attacks which last several months. Oral antibiotics improve the severity of the attacks.
Knotig polypoides collagenoma, (solitary, nodular non-pigmented lesion). Dermatoscopy: Radially arranged, tortuous and partially branched vessels with white structureless area and white plaques. DD: Knotig basalioma, pilomatrixoma, sebaceous gland hyperplasia.
Verrucae plantares: papules and plaques on the sole of the foot of a 52-year-old man, which have been present for several years, and which cause considerable pain when walking.
