lichen nitidus. non-itching 0.2-0.3 cm large, individually and aggregated standing, surface smooth papules in the area of the penis shaft. condition after circumcision.
Lichen planus mucosae: white papules and plaques of the buccal mucosa, which condense at the end of the teeth. sporadically also splatter-like whitish papules. the mucosal changes have existed for a few months and occurred in the context of an exanthematic lichen planus.
verrucae plantares. sole of the foot in a 13-year-old competitive swimmer. painfulness during walking. lesions increasing since about 3 years. findings: aggregation, numerous, up to 2-4 mm large, clearly indurated horn crater with a slightly raised lateral horn wall (see left part of the picture). rough surface with whitish scaling. in some lesions approximately pinhead-sized, dark spot hemorrhages; see left part of the picture below.
Folliculitis decalvans. scarring hair loss that has been progressing for several years, with itching and occasional pain. in addition to purulent folliculitis, scaly tufts of hair with surrounding erythema appear.
