Lichen planus. in a 34-year-old man there are whitish, partly circulatory smooth plaques in the area of the glans penis and the prepuce. in addition, there is a white reticular structure of the buccal mucosa of the cheek.
Hyperplasia, focal epithelial. In the 34-year-old Turkish patient, several flat papules have been present in the area of the mucosal side of the lower and upper lip for about 6 months. Histologically, the picture of a benign acanthoma with features of viral genesis was shown. HPV-13 was detected in the HPV typing.
Knotig polypoides collagenoma (solitary, nodular non-pigmented lesion): Dermatoscopy: Radially arranged, tortuous and partially branched vessels with white structureless area and white plaques. DD: Knotig basalioma, pilomatrixoma, sebaceous gland hyperplasia.
Lichen planus mucosae. 64-year-old, otherwise healthy woman. no skin lesions. mucous membrane lesions affect only the back of the tongue and the edges of the tongue or bds. whitish plaque affecting the entire surface of the tongue with an irregularly fielded surface. fruity drinks cause a burning pain and are avoided.
Steatocystoma multiplex: Multiple, for about 6-7 years persistent, up to 6 mm large, whitish papules in the right axilla of a 25-year-old female patient.
Detail enlargement: Solitarymilieu at the décolleté of a 78-year-old patient with several telangiectasias and atrophic changes in the sense of elastosis actinica.
Milia. reflected light microscopy: milia in the cheek area. whitish, pearly round foci (marked with arrows), surrounded by a light red border and numerous vellus hair follicles.
Hirsuties papillaris penis. 45-year-old man has rows of chronically stationary papillary or filiform whitish nodules at the proximal edge of the glans penis at the transition to the sulcus coronarius.
