Angiodysplasia. 44-year-old female patient. Monoorganic, solitary, vascular malformation with very low tendency of growth for about 3-4 years. Blurred, reddish-livid, soft swelling as a consequence of a vascular proliferation limited to the dysplasia area. Bizarrely configured vascular dilatations in the vicinity of the soft tissue swelling.
Cutis verticis gyrata: cerebriform thickenings, furrows and folds of the capillitium which have existed for years but are increasing; cause unknown; no familial occurrence.

Leishmaniasis, cutaneous. 12 weeks old, 1.5 x 1.2 cm in size, slowly progressing in size, solitary, slightly pressure dolent, red, rough lump with ulceration in the center. History of previous vacation in Egypt. No systemic complaints.
Kaposi's sarcoma. chronic (classic) Kaposi's sarcoma, 75-year-old turkish pat. with several years old, in recent months clearly progressive, borderline, reddish-livid, smooth plaques and blue-black nodules. centrifugal spread of the skin lesions.
