Xanthogranuloma adultes: 15 x 12 cm, solid, painless, skin-coloured tumour that has been growing slowly for several years; no systemic involvement detectable.
Melanoma, malignant, nodular. solitary, chronically active, growing rapidly in the last 4 weeks, occasionally bleeding slightly, 0.7 cm high, smooth, black lump on brown plaque.
lymphomatoid papulosis: previously known recurrent clinical picture in a 34-year-old female patient. rapid, painless knot formation within 14 days. this finding healed spontaneously scarred under central necrosis after 3 months. below the large knot a recently formed new focus.
Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: for years, previously known mycosis fungoides; for about several months, formation of less symptomatic red plaques and nodules,
tinea barbae. 64-year-old patient. 12 weeks of itching to moderately painful, well defined, pillow-like raised, purulent, highly red lump in the middle of the upper lip, which now covers the entire lip. evacuation of pus under pressure. the hairs enclosed by a pus plug can be epilated almost painlessly.
Basal cell carcinoma pigmented: slowly growing, centrally ulcerated, completely asymptomatic lump on the nostril; the smooth and shiny wall of the nasal margin is characteristic of the carcinoma, where bizarre vascular structures are also visible
Angiosarcoma, epitheloid. condition after surgical removal of the nail for tissue sampling. bleeding tumour grown under the big toe nail, livid to brownish-red. rapid organ metastasis with lethal outcome within 6 months.
Acne vulgaris (overview): recurrent, multiple, disseminated standing retention cysts of 0.3-1.2 cm size on the back of a 38-year-old mansince adolescence; multiple black comedones (blackheads) are also present.
sebaceous nevus: Development of different tumor formations in a sebaceous nevus in a 45-year-old patient. In addition to a skin-colored, very rough area with a large basal cell carcinoma, formation of a solid hidradenoma (pigmented tumor on the lower left side). For therapy, the entire hamartoma was excised with a safety margin of 0.5 cm.
