Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: Mycosis fungoides has been known for many years, and for several months there has been a continuous occurrence of plaques and nodules on the face and upper extremity.
Condylomata acuminata: in the 20-year-old patient, these brownish, partly isolated, partly aggregated to large beds of verrucous papules and plaques have existed for about 1/2 year (?).
Melanoma malignant superficially spreading: Exceptionally large, 6.0x4.0 cm in diameter, malignant melanoma of the SSM type with nodular part. No bleeding, no oozing. The patient carefully clothed the melanoma-bearing area when exposed to the sun.
Bowen's disease with transition to Bowen's carcinoma: solitary, size-progressive plaque that has been present for several years, occasionally accompanied by itching, sharply and arc-shaped, border-emphasized plaque with increasing verrucous knot formation (white encircles the zone with the beginning invasive growth).
Auricular appendix: chronically stationary, existing since birth, not growing for many years, without symptoms, sharply defined, firm, smooth, skin-coloured to brownish nodules.
melanoma malignes amelanotic: since earliest childhood a pigment mark has been known at this site. continuous growth for several years. for half a year extensive ulceration of the node. constant bleeding and oozing. the diagnosis cannot be made on the basis of the clinical picture.
Acne comedonica. general view: Recurrent multiple, disseminated standing retention cysts of 0.3-1.2 cm size on the back of a 38-year-old man, recurring since adolescence; multiple black comedones (blackheads) are also present.
Fibrokeratome, acquired, digital. 7 years old, slightly size progressive, pressure dolent, growing out under the nail, approx. 0.5 cm diameter, red knot with horny surface in a 62 year old female patient.
Melanoma, malignant, nodular. Malignant melanoma of the primary nodular type. In the last months area and thickness growth. Wetting and bleeding from time to time. Asymmetrical, irregular and blurred, clearly raised, dark brown-black lump of medium-rough consistency. Crustal deposits.
Chronically dynamic, in the last 6 months strongly increasing, at the left ear helix localized, plum-sized, coarse, smooth lump with clearly visible vascular drawing; this is a keloid after piercing in a 17-year-old adolescent.
Verruca seborrhoica: General view: On the left side of the picture a 10 x 7 mm large, brown-black, broadly basal knot with a verrucous, fissured surface on the forehead of an 81-year-old female patient.
Keratosis actinica, keratotic type: extensive "field carcinization" of the scalp, beginning transformation into an invasive, spinocellular carcinoma (here detailed picture).
