Acne inversa: severe clinical, therapy-resistant finding in a 52-year-old female patient. existing since the age of 20. conspicuous sausage-shaped scar strands.
melanoma malignes amelanotic: since early childhood a pigment mark is known at this site. continuous growth for several years. for half a year extensive ulceration of the node. no significant symptoms.
Basal cell carcinoma (overview): Nodular, centrally decaying basal cell carcinoma, excessive spread; diagnostically important are the bizarre, large-calibre tumour vessels that extend mainly over the peripheral areas.
Melanoma, malignant, amelanotic. detail enlargement: Cherry-sized tumor, completely eroded on the surface, with yellowish crusts on the edges, sharply defined.
Condylomata acuminata. 22-year-old patient has had these brownish, partly isolated, partly aggregated to large beds of verrucous papules and plaques for several months. Typical condylomas are also found perianally and in the anal canal.
Acne excoriée des jeunes filles. multiple, symmetrically distributed, increasing, inflammatory, red papules and pustules as well as comedones and small scars in a 27-year-old woman. originally there were significantly fewer papules and pustules. for about 4 years the patient has tried to express the papules and pustules 2-3 times/week for cosmetic reasons.
Pilomatrixoma (Epithelioma calcificans): Reddish-brown, calotte-shaped node that is displaceable in relation to the underlying tissue, slightly painful, slowly progressive.
Prurigo simplex subacuta: 54-year-old female patient with a clinical picture that has been progressive for two years. severe, uncontrollable itching. the rough papules up to 0.8 cm in size with marginal hyperpigmentation are centrally eroded or ulcerated or even covered with older crusts (centre of the figure). a typical picture of itchy Prurigo simplex subacuta are the scratch artefacts limited to prurigo lesions.
Melanoma"type nodular transformed superficial spreading melanoma" : advanced malignant melanoma. black plaque known for several years with increasing, recently rapid thickness growth. repeated wetting and bleeding of the surface. 53 year old patient.
Fibrokeratome, acquired digital. benign, mainly on the fingers, more rarely on the toes, very slowly growing exophytic tumor of the adult with consecutive, displacing nail dystrophy. numerous Beau-Reils transverse furrows as a sign of intermittent growth disturbance.
