melanoma malignes "type primary nodular melanoma": advanced nodular malignant melanoma. black nodule known for several years with increasing thickness growth. in the last half year faster growth. repeated wetting and bleeding of the surface.
Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: Mycosis fungoides has been known for many years; continuous occurrence of plaques and nodules on the face and upper extremity for months; striking emphasis on the follicular structures.
keratoakanthoma, classic type. short term, grown within 4 weeks, approx. 1.5 cm in diameter, hard, reddish, centrally dented, strongly keratinized lump. no symptoms. diagnosed as "pimples".
Basal cell carcinoma, nodular. solitary, 0.8 x 10.8 cm in size, broad-based, firm, painless papule, with a shiny, smooth parchment-like surface covered by ectatic, bizarre vessels. Note: There is no follicular structure on the surface of the papules.
Lymphomatoid papulosis: chronic, relapsing, completely asymptomatic clinical picture with multiple, 0.3 - 1.2 cm large, flat, scaly papules and nodules as well as ulcers. 35-year-old otherwise healthy man.
anal carcinoma. rough, extensive, painless perianal and anal canal nodules existing for about 4 months. the patient has been infected with HIV for 18 years (C3 according to CDC/WHO), condition after thrush esophagitis and pneumocystis carinii pneumonia. longstanding history of recurrent condylomata acuminata.
Type I Neurofibromatosis, peripheral type or classic cutaneous form Peripheral neurofibromatosis with multiple skin-coloured to light brown, soft nodes and nodules, sometimes also stalked, bulging soft, skin-coloured dewlap on the left hip.
Leishmaniasis, cutaneous: about 8 weeks old, furuncoloid, moderately pressure dolent, red, rough lump with extensive central ulceration; history of previous vacation in Egypt; no systemic complaints.
Dorsal cyst, mucoid: painless, approximately 1.5 cm large, skin-coloured, plump, elastic, surface-smooth "node" (cyst), which has existed for about 1 year, from which a gelatinous substance has emptied itself under pressure, whereby the whole node has disappeared. rezdiv within a few weeks
Neurofibromatosis peripheral: Multiple dermal and large subcutaneous neurofibromas. Large café au lait spot (lower part of the picture). Multiple spatter-like pigment spots.
Lipoma: A subcutaneous lump on the upper arm which has existed for years, is completely unattractive and asymptomatic, can be easily delimited and slides over the underlying tissue.
Comedo(reflected light microscopy): Blackhead comedo on the back; black horn plug surrounded by a blue-black wall (horn material translucent from depth).
Type I neurofibromatosis, peripheral type: detailed picture of generalized clinical picture; circumscribed soft protuberant neurofibroma of the sole of the foot.
