Verrucae vulgares: solitary, flat and stalked papules and plaques, also aggregated to beds, with fissured, hyperkeratotic-verrucous surface; secondary findings include lipodystrophy in HIV infection.
Lupus erythematodes chronicus discoides:cutaneous chronic lupus erythematosus. years of course with circumscribed red scarring plaques (circle - with whitish atrophic area without follicular structure): arrow: dermal melanocytic nevus.

erythema perstans faciei: symmetric, reddening of both cheeks. is not considered a clinical picture by the patient. furthermore signs of a distinct keratosis pilaris on both upper arms.
Lichtermatosis polymorphic: Occurrence of clinical symptoms a few hours to days after (single and first-time) intensive sun exposure with itching and burning, disseminated papules and papulo-pustules also papulo-vesicles.
adenoma sebaceum: diffuse distribution of skin-coloured, shiny papules and plaques. conspicuously bizarre telangiectasias, partly present in the papules and in the surrounding area. no folliculitis, no comedones.
