Cutaneous endometriosis: For several years slowly growing, surface-smooth, 2.0 cm large, bulging elastic dark red lump; cyclical premenstrual feeling of tension with distinct pain.
eczema, photoallergic. 51-year-old female patient. generalized skin disease with 0.2-0.4 cm large, red, slightly scaly papules (see lower margin of the picture), which have merged into flat plaques on the exposed skin areas. sudden spread. appearance within a few weeks after infection, intake of antibiotics as well as later exposure to sunlight.
Pityriasis versicolor alba: irregularly distributed, symptomless, bright spots, which in places have merged to form larger areas, appearing after repeated exposure to sunlight.
DRESS: 4 weeks after taking carbemazepine, appearance of this generalized maculo-papular exanthema. onset in the face with spreading to the whole body. marked itching.
Lichen sclerosus extragenitaler (and genital): Generalized, itchy Lichen sclerosus with small and large, partly sharp and partly blurred bordered spots and plaques with parchment-like surface, known for years. detailed picture of the left shoulder region.
Dermatosis, acute febrile neutrophils (Sweet Syndrome): suddenly appearing inflammatory, succulent, livid red papules that have conflued into larger and plaques, combined with fever and feeling of illness.
papillomatosis confluens et reticularis. since several years increasing discoloration and thickening of the skin of the sternoepigastric area. similar foci still exist on the trunk and neck. no other disease known.
lipoatrophy. typical "bra-wearer" lipoatrophy. this band-like lipoatrophy is caused by tightly fitting bra straps and is to be interpreted as pressure atrophy. the duration of these depressions in the patient's shoulder area is unknown. no complaints. the overlying skin is unaffected.
Primary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell T-cell lymphoma: for 2 -3 years nodules have been forming in the skin; for 3 months rapid progression with rapidly expanding nodules which ulcerate over the entire surface in a very short time.
Melanoma, malignant, superficially spreading, irregularly limited and black-brown discolored pigment tumor with regression zone on the right side (blown off part) and centrally located, surface-eroded, nodular part (tumor thickness: 4.2 mm).
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. detail enlargement: 0.5-1.5 cm large, indurated, livid papules and plaques on the upper back, partly with hyperkeratotic plug, partly confluent.
