Candidoses: Female, 62 J. Candida submammary under long-term steroid-containing local therapy of an inverse psoriasis; note the marginal satellite nodules.
type I neurofibromatosis, peripheral type or classic cutaneous form. numerous smaller and larger soft papules and nodules. no so-called café-au-lait spots. left brood region of little conspicuous nevus anämicus (see subsequent figure). several capillary angiomas.
Dyskeratosis follicularis. presentation of multiple, chronically stationary, intertriginously localized, submammary, disseminated, highly itchy, red papules. in these areas, a strong increase in skin changes, especially in summer with increased sweating.
Erythema multiforme: 35-year-old patient with acutely occurring, itchy exanthema, which has been present for a few days. 0.2-0.7 cm tall, sharply defined, firm, red, smooth papules and plaques with partly cocard-like aspect and central blistering.
An asymptomatic lump on the abdomen of a 65-year-old woman, which had existed for years, was excised with histological examination, which resulted in the diagnosis of a pink tumor.
Vitiligo, general view: Multiple, since adolescence occurring, size-progressive, flat, partly bizarrely limited, bright spots in the chest area of a 28-year-old woman. In the area of the sternum small islands of repigmented skin are visible within the bright spots.
Usual melanocytic nevus. Chronic stationary, 0.2-2.0 cm in size, sharply defined, soft, light to dark brown, indolent, smooth papules and plaques in the breast area of a 22-year-old woman. No increase in pigmentation or size is noticeable.
Vitiligo: (Detail enlargement): Multiple, since adolescence occurring, size-progressive, flat, partly bizarrely limited, bright spots on mamma and in the sternum area of a 28-year-old woman. The left areola mammae (areola) is largely depigmented.
Becker-Naevus: Since birth existing, extensive hyperpigmentation in the area of the right hip in a 7-year-old boy; typical for the Becker-Naevus is the bizarre bordering as well as the follicular accentuation in the pigment zones.
Psoriasis pustulosa generalisata: in the case of known, previously only discreetly developed psoriasis, suddenly occurring pustular exanthema with fever, arthralgias and severe disturbance of the AZ.
