Pemphigus erythematosus: for several years recurrent, symmetrical, little symptomatic, red, plaques with coarse lamellar scales located in the seborrheic zones.
Urticaria pigmentosa: general view: about 0.5-1.0cm large, disseminated, oval or round, brownish-red spots. only when rubbed, increased redness of the spots with accompanying itching. also in warm showers or baths increased redness and clearly palpable elevation of the lesions. remark: control image 1 year later.
Impetigo contagiosa. acutely occurring, persistent for 5 weeks, increasing despite external therapy, localized on the trunk and right arm of an 18-month-old boy, red, erosive, rough papules and plaques, partly covered with crusts. Similar skin lesions were found on the face and all extremities.
Pyoderma gangaenosum : Chronic, since more than 1 year progressive, large, flat, barely purulent ulcer with rounded, raised edges; sequence of images under immunosuppressive therapy in a six-month period
eczema, atopic (nummular atopic eczema). findings persisting since the 1st month of life in a now 22-month-old boy. sudden exacerbation with severe itching since 4 weeks. generalized clinical picture with red, scaly and weeping plaques up to 10 cm in diameter. red papules of 0.1-0.3 cm in size disseminated in the apparently free skin areas (see right forearm and face).
larva migrans. chronic dynamic disease, which appeared 3 weeks ago after a holiday in kenya. multiple, irregularly distributed, sharply defined, linear, strongly itching, firm, red, smooth papules, localized on the buttocks. in the marker test the anterior end of the duct grows 1-2 cm daily.
Lyme borreliosis, late stage: symptomless, morphea-like, blurred plaques existing for several months. borrelia titer with highly specific bands positive. histo: diffuse, plasma cell-rich superficial and deep dermatitis. PCR: detection of borrelia antigens.
Lupus erythematosus, subacute-cutaneous: progress photo; recurrent relapsing activities, here picture taken after a 6-year course of the disease; ANA+; anti-Ro Ak+.
Lichen simplex chronicus. detail enlargement: Strongly itchy, 0.1-0.2 cm large, solid, sharply defined, flat, skin-coloured to reddish papules and plaques as well as scratch excoriations.
