Collagenosis, reactive perforating p apules: first appeared about 8 months ago, itchy papules with central depression and hyperkeratotic clot, no known underlying disease.
Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: Mycosis fungoides has been known for years, for about 3 months there have been intermittent attacks of less symptomatic plaques and nodules
Candidosis, chronic mucocutaneous (CMC). edematous swelling of the thumb and index finger in a 3-year-old boy. dirty-brownish hyperkeratotic deposits with inflammation of the surrounding tissue. C. albicans could be cultivated massively from the horn material of the dystrophically thickened fingernails.

Metastasis: Chronically active, rapidly growing, hemispherically protruding, well-defined to the side and depth, symptom-free, red, smooth nodule (melanoma metastasis).
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. detail enlargement: solitary, 0.3-1.3 cm large, red papules with a coarse central horn plug. the smaller papules correspond to an early stage of the disease.
Multiple, 0.5-2.0 cm large, skin-coloured or light red, bulging, protuberant papules and nodules with smooth, shiny surface, partly interspersed with telangiectasia.
Giant keratoakanthoma: 4 cm in diameter large, painless lump with peripheral lip formation and central horn plug. Initial rapid growth, now no detectable size growth for several months.
