Melanoma, malignant, amelanotic. sharply defined, largely amelanotic flat knot. on the right side still distinct melanotic pigmentation. also at the upper rim delicate pigmentation.
Acne inversa: multiple, chronically stationary, intertriginous localized, disseminated, flat-elevated, blurred, brown, smooth, partly shiny papules and nodules in a 47-year-old patient; similar skin lesions were found in other intertriginous areas of his body.
Acne keloidalis nuchae, detail magnification: In the center a wide scar plate with a linear course to the left and right side (condition after several excisions) with papules and nodules localized at the margins.
Cheilitis actinica. crusty, partly erosive, inflammatory reaction of the lower lip in a 67-year-old man. condition after blistering due to intensive sun exposure. Dg.: condition after acute cheilitis actinica.
Fibrokeratome, acquired, digital. 7 years old, slightly size progressive, pressure dolent, growing out from under the nail, approx. 0.5 cm diameter, red nodule with horny surface in a 62 year old female patient, which led to a steep lifting of the nail plate. The nail organ is painful with localized pressure.
Cutaneous endometriosis: For several years slowly growing, surface-smooth, 2.0 cm large, bulging elastic dark red lump; cyclical premenstrual feeling of tension with distinct pain.

Basal cell carcinoma, nodular: centrally ulcerated nodular tumor with clear wall at the edge, ulcer not painful, characteristic for the diagnosis "basal cell carcinoma" is the raised, reflecting wall at the edge of the ulcer.
Carcinoma of the lips: The lateral third of the left lip, broadly seated, firm, painless, verrucous node, which has remained "unchanged" for about 1 year; no enlargement of the regional lymph nodes detectable.
Primary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell T-cell lymphoma: for 2 -3 years nodules have been forming in the skin; for 3 months rapid progression with rapidly expanding nodules which ulcerate over the entire surface in a very short time.
Melanoma, malignant, superficially spreading, irregularly limited and black-brown discolored pigment tumor with regression zone on the right side (blown off part) and centrally located, surface-eroded, nodular part (tumor thickness: 4.2 mm).
Verrucous carcinoma of the sole of the foot (Carcinoma cuniculatum): Tumour existing for > 1 year, slowly growing, moderately exophytic, verrucous, painful only under strong pressure, with focal older and fresher bleedings.
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. detail enlargement: 0.5-1.5 cm large, indurated, livid papules and plaques on the upper back, partly with hyperkeratotic plug, partly confluent.
