syphilis early syphilis. primary effect. primary effect since 3 weeks. ulcer, rough, little pressure dolent. the lesion can be grasped like a rough plate between index finger and thumb. TPHA already positive.
Lichen sclerosus of the penis: lichen sclerosus persisting for years with verrucous transformation of the surface epithelium (DD. verrucous mucosal carcinoma)
lichen sclerosus of the penis: distinct phimosis in a 4-year-old boy. the lichen sclerosus can still be diagnosed at the anterior fold of the prepuce. here a whitish, sclerotic ring is visible. a retraction of the foreskin was not possible anymore. the rapid circumcision is highly recommended.
lichen sclerosus of the penis: encircled, several discrete, veil-like, little sharply defined, whitish spots and plaques. these have not been noticed so far. the foreskin is sclerosed and slightly constricted like a band (see bar markings). painful tears (arrow markings) occur after intercourse. finally, "pain after intercourse" led to a visit to the doctor!
Balanoposthitis plasmacellularis: for several months, variable, multicentric, blurred, shiny redness and erosions on the glans penis and the preputial leaf; the changes on the preputial leaf are to be interpreted as "impression lesions".
Papillomatosis cutis lymphostatica: chronic lymphatic drainage disorder in the pelvic region; papilomatosis of the skin on the mons pubis and the root of the penis.
lichen nitidus. non-itching 0.2-0.3 cm large, individually and aggregated standing, surface smooth papules in the area of the penis shaft. condition after circumcision.
DD Balanoposthitis plasmacellularis:painless, permanent plaque that has been present for years, growing continuously, diagnosis: erythroplasia (carcinoma glans penis!)
Psoriasis intertriginosa: extensive psoriatic affection of the scrotum combined with distinct itching, especially when sweating (DD: atopic scrotal eczema)
Syringome disseminated: (detailed view of the scrotum); since about 2 years, imperceptibly multiplying, disseminated, completely asymptomatic, surface smooth, small brownish nodules, which are only perceived as cosmetically disturbing. Distribution: capillitium, and face, trunk and scrotum; multiple firm nodules, in places milia-like.
Syringome disseminated: (detailed view of the scrotum); since about 2 years, imperceptibly multiplying, disseminated, completely asymptomatic, surface smooth, small brownish nodules, which are only perceived as cosmetically disturbing. Distribution: capillitium, and face, trunk and scrotum; multiple firm nodules, in places milia-like.
Condylomata gigantea:tumour-like or cauliflower-like nodes growing exophytic and locally infiltrating in the anal region; the viral acanthomas on normal skin are reminiscent of Verrucae seborrhoicae.
