Molluscum contagiosum: clinical symptoms known for months with mostly aggregated red, shiny papules up to 0.3 cm in size with typical umbilical cord of their surface; known HIV infection.

nevus verrucosus. detail view: multiple, brown to black, flatly elevated, rough, confluent, partly linearly arranged plaques on the scrotum of a 17-year-old adolescent, existing since birth. similar skin lesions show on the remaining integument. especially on the extremities they run along the Blaschko lines.
Penis carcinoma: plate-like , rough infiltration of the glans penis with extensive fibrin-covered ulceration of the surface, lymphedema of the prepuce in paraphimosis.
psoriasis vulgaris. generalized plaque psoriasis. solitary, chronically inpatient, sharply defined, coarsely consistent, white, rough plaque with red border at the rima ani. the surface of the plaque is covered with cap-like scales. similar plaques were found on the elbow extensor sides. the clinical picture is pathognomonic.
Scabies granulomatosa: In a 55-year-old patient, severe itching (especially at night), disseminated, 0.2-0.4 cm large, centrally eroded, red, rough papules with central scaling, especially on the penis and scrotum, gluteal and in the interdigital spaces.

Syphilis acquisita: two sharply defined, surprisingly coarse, completely indolent, red, yellowish ulcers in a 32-year-old husband that have been present for 14 days; secretion of an irritant secretion; indolent regional lymphadenitis (Bubo).
Syphilis acquisita. papular syphilide: In the 42-year-old HIV-positive male, erythematous papules are present in the area of the glans penis and the inner preputial leaf. Similar skin lesions are found on the whole integument as well as on Palmae and Plantae. 8 weeks before, a painless ulcer with indurated wall had formed on the glans, which healed without therapy.
Syphilis acquisita: solitary, acute, 0.4 x 0.9 cm, indolent, coarse ulcer in a 19-year-old adolescent, occurred a few weeks after unprotected sexual contact.
Tinea corporis: an itchy buttock and thigh condition that has been present for months and is slowly progressive, characterized by scaly edges of the plaques.
Lymphedema of the vulva: Complication due to lymph cysts. 45-year-old female patient after hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma and postoperative radiotherapy has multiple, skin-coloured, chronically inpatient, temporarily weeping, dense, asymptomatic, 0.1-0.2 cm large, firm, skin-coloured, smooth blisters.
