lymphomatoid papulosis: previously known recurrent clinical picture in a 34-year-old female patient. rapid, painless knot formation within 14 days. this finding healed spontaneously scarred under central necrosis after 3 months. below the large knot a recently formed new focus.

Melanodermatitis toxica. solitary, chronically stationary (no growth dynamics), large-area, blurred, symptom-free (only cosmetically disturbing), brown, smooth spot in an obese, 63-year-old patient of Turkish origin. in addition, multiple follicular keratoses are visible in the zygomatic bone region and periorbital right side.

Rosacea erythematosa: Characteristic flat reddening of both parts of the wagon.

Folliculitis barbae: Chronic, therapy-resistant, inflammatory, itchy (lesions show signs of scratching) follicular papules in the area of the cheeks

Keratoakanthoma. 65-year-old man. coarse, fast-growing, painless lump with a narrow, lip-shaped, red-brown edge and a central corneal clot.

Rosacea fulminans: a peracute clinical picture with fluking, painful nodules; development of undermined ulcers.

Severe actinic elastosis of the facial skin: extensive thickening of the skin with whitish plaques and comedones.

 

Amiodarone hyperpigmentation: bizarrely configured, flat grey-blue veils reaching far beyond the hairline; on the left side large scar after surgery of a basal cell carcinoma.

Nodular, extensive ulcerated basal cell carcinoma. since >10 years slowly growing exophytic, non-painful, fleshy tumor which was covered with a compress. marked with arrows, a glassy border wall which is (still) characteristic for advanced basal cell carcinoma.

Merkel cell carcinoma: typical smooth red (pigment-free) painless, firm lump with a calotte-shaped growth form and smooth, reflective surface.

Ulerythema ophryogenes: the area marked by the square shows follicular papules (keratosis follicularis) on an enlarged scale with a reddened courtyard which merges into a two-dimensional erythema.

Vitiligo: Sharply defined, depigmented spots on the face of a 31-year-old patient with skin type IV.

Dermatitis chronic actinic (type light-provoked atopic eczema). general view: Disseminated, scratched papules and plaques, nodular in places, as well as blurred, large-area, reddened, severely itching erythema on the face of a 51-year-old female patient with atopic eczema existing since birth. the skin changes can be provoked by sunlight and photopatch testing.

Nummular dermatitis: Extensive eczema that has been present for several months, with blurred papules and confluent, scaly plaques.

Psoriasis: psoriatic minus variant of the lips (psoriasis is detected by typical psoriatic plaques on the elbows and knees); discrete foci on the upper lip marked by arrows and a circle.

Lupus erythematodes chronicus discoides. 5 years of persistent recurrent skin changes in a 25-year-old girl, despite disease-adapted therapy measures. Large flat, soft-red plaque (with still preserved follicles). Conspicuous (re-)pigmentation within a few weeks in the lesional skin (which was hypopigmented before).
