Tazarotene

• Zugelassene Indikation: Leichte bis mittelschwere Psoriasis vulgaris vom Plaque-Typ, s.a.u. Isotretinoin.
• Neuere nicht zugelassene Indikationen sind aktinische Keratosen und Basalzellkarzinome vom superfiziellen Typ (Off-Label-Use).

ZORAC^®  0,1% Gel

Am 25. April 2019 erhält die Kombination Tazarotene mit Halobetasolpropionat,  DUOBRII Lotion, 0,01 %/0,045 % , die Zulassung der FDA für Erwachsene mit Plaque-Psoriasis. Keine Zulassung in Europa
