Xanthogranuloma adultes: 15 x 12 cm, solid, painless, skin-coloured tumour that has been growing slowly for several years; no systemic involvement detectable.
Graft-versus-host disease. 3-15 months after transplantation, a reaction due to the transmission of allogenic immunocompetent T-lymphocytes. extensive dermatosclerosis with numerous, bizarre, skin-coloured papules and plaques.
Acne vulgaris (overview): recurrent, multiple, disseminated standing retention cysts of 0.3-1.2 cm size on the back of a 38-year-old mansince adolescence; multiple black comedones (blackheads) are also present.
Scleroedema adultorum. extensive, board-like indurations in the region of the upper back, neck and shoulders in a 65-year-old female patient with diabetes mellitus. secondary findings are shortness of breath and movement restrictions of the arms.
