Circumscribed scleroderma. Atrophy of the right leg muscles, atrophy of the gluteal muscles on the right, shortening of the right leg (difference 2.0 cm) with consecutive secondary pelvic obliquity and scoliosis in a 19-year-old female patient. Multiple white indurated plaques on the right leg are also present on the thighs, lower legs and in the foot area.

Scleroedema adultorum. extensive, board-like induration in the area of the upper back and neck. there is still a discreet erythema. the skin is not compressible and cannot be wrinkled.

Gynecomastia. Enlargement of the mammae onboth sides in a 67-year-old male patient. No known underlying disease.

Nodules: Keloids : Chronically dynamic, continuously growing for 2 years, hard, red, polypose nodes (keloids in known acne vulgaris).

Desiccation dermatitis: predominantly coarse lamellar desquamation of the altogether dry skin in the area of the abdomen, caused by treatment with isotretinoin.

Lymphangioma cavernosum (subcutaneous). 7.0 x 6.0 cm in size, soft, elastic (spongy), skin-coloured swelling in the area of the clavicle and the base of the neck in a 6-year-old girl, which has grown along with the remaining body proportions, noticed for the first time in the 1st LJ. No subjective symptoms at all. In the ultrasound Doppler examination, a low-echo structure, well defined to the base, becomes visible. Flux phenomena are not detectable.

Lipomas: spherical soft painless tumours, no longer growing.

Crust: acute blistering dermatitis solaris; yellowish crust deposits.

Lymphangioma cavernosum (subcutaneous): encircles the 7.0 x 6.0 cm large, soft, elastic (spongy), skin-coloured swelling in the area of the clavicle and the base of the neck in a 6-year-old girl.
