Mycosis fungoides: tumor stage. 53-year-old man with multiple, disseminated, 1.0-5.0 cm large, in places also large, moderately itchy, clearly consistency increased, red, rough, confluent plaques (nodules)

Cutaneous endometriosis: For several years slowly growing, surface-smooth, 2.0 cm large, bulging elastic dark red lump; cyclical premenstrual feeling of tension with distinct pain.

Keloids. Apparently spontaneous keloids. No recurrent trauma. No history of acne vulgaris.

Acne papulopustulosa: Coexistence of inflammatory papules and frustrated and older pustules.

Keloids: Flat, smooth-surfaced, firm, red nodules, increased vascular drawing. In this clinical picture a dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans can be excluded by differential diagnosis.

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, a rough, plate-like tumour, irregularly protruding above the skin level and solid like wood.

Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12-month-old female patient: Itchy papules with a central depression and a hyperkeratotic clot on the upper back and the upper arm extensor sides.

Keloids: bulbous conglomerates of solid, surface-smooth, skin-coloured and also reddish, broad-based, touch-sensitive lumps.

Malformations, vascular: mixedvenous/capillary malformation with a large, soft, subcutaneous venous part, lateral view.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, type Mycosis fungoides, generalized plaque stage; started 10 years ago as parapsoriasis en grandes plaques.

Merkel cell carcinoma: Metastasized tumor.

Angiokeratome. partially thrombosed (black parts), the skin surface "sitting on" nodule with smooth surface. "halo-like" peritumoral, yellowish discoloration of the skin due to older blood pigment.

Keloids and skin-coloured, hypertrophic scars after healed acne vulgaris.
