Type I neurofibromatosis, peripheral type or classic cutaneous form. massive tumorous transformation of the skin with numerous generalized distributed, soft, skin-colored, partly pointed conical shaped neurofibromas on the left mamma. the CT examination (skull) did not reveal any pathological findings. no neurofibromas known in the family.

Lymphoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Type mycosis fungoides, perennial plaque stage, transformation to tumor stage.

melanoma, malignant, amelanotic. for years in the region of the right dorsal lower leg localized (61-year-old man), slowly progressing in size, symptomless plaque measuring 1.5 x 2 cm, with coarsely lamellated scaling. the coloration is mainly red, only focally dark brown. the lower part of the tumor is flat-nodularly raised.

Keratocanthoma centrifugum marginatum: Plate-like, centrally ulcerated giant keratoakanthoma over the sternum, persisting for about 8 months, with considerable light damage.

Collagenosis, reactive perforating. detail enlargement: solitary, 0.3-1.3 cm large, red papules with a coarse central horn plug. the smaller papules correspond to an early stage of the disease.
