Hidradenoma, nodular. 2-year-old, slow-growing, solitary, asymptomatic, 2 cm in diameter, exophytic, broad-based, firm nodule which is not painful even on palpation or under pressure.
Erythema dyschromicum perstans. clinical picture existing for months. initially small spots of brown-red with little increase in consistency, later large, steel to slate grey, smooth spots and plaques of the skin. no medication history.
Notalgia paraesthetica:interval-like itching, also burning, blurredly limited hyperpigmentation, known for several months; the itching is answered by prolonged (lustful) rubbing on the edge of the door.
Mycosis fungoides (plaque stage): 62-year-old man (suction plaque stage of Mycosis fungoides). 2.0-10.0 cm large, multiple, disseminated, occasionally slightly itchy, only slightly consistency increased, slightly scaly red plaques are found. Clinically and histologically no detectable tumorous LK-infection.
Circumscribed scleroderma (plaque-type): Survey image of the back: size-progressive, large, brownish, confluent, only slightly indurated spots and plaques on the back in a 58-year-old female patient.
