Drug exanthema maculo-papular: almost erythrodermic, since a few days existing, strongly itching (and painful; skin is sensitive to touch) maculo-papular exanthema, preceded by a feverish viral infection which was treated with antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Keratosis areolae mamillae in a patient with erythrodermic psoriasis: Only after the development of erythrodermia did bilateral keratosis areolae mammae develop.
Molluscum contagiosa: colourful picture with multiple, 0.2-0.3 cm large, yellowish, firm, shiny, sometimes itchy nodules, sometimes small scars and crusty papules (spontaneously healed molluscs).
Circumscribed scleroderma (type Atrophodermia idiopathica et progressiva ): since about 2-3 years first appearing, since then size progressive, large brown, little indurated, non-symptomatic spots in the area of the trunk in a 23-year-old female patient.
Urticaria pigmentosa: General view: about 0.5-1.0 cm large, disseminated, roundish, brownish-red spots. Only when rubbed, the spots redden more strongly with accompanying itching. Increased reddening and itching even in warm showers or baths.
Melanoma"type nodular transformed superficial spreading melanoma" : advanced malignant melanoma. black plaque known for several years with increasing, recently rapid thickness growth. repeated wetting and bleeding of the surface. 53 year old patient.
Lichen simplex chronicus. 9 x 5 cm measuring, scaly, slightly raised, red plaque with excoriated papulovesicles on the flank of a 61-year-old patient, persisting for several years. Chronically persistent itching for years, partly also burning.
