Melanoma malignant superficially spreading: Exceptionally large, 6.0x4.0 cm in diameter, malignant melanoma of the SSM type with nodular part. No bleeding, no oozing. The patient carefully clothed the melanoma-bearing area when exposed to the sun.
Basal cell carcinoma superficial: for several years existing, slow-growing, symptomless red plaque with a slightly marginalized border and central crustal formations; detailed picture of the distal part with internal nodular formation and incrustations.
Common melanocytic nevus. type: Halo-nevus, almost complete regression of the melanocytic nevi, which are indicated as light brown spots in the middle of the pigment-less areas.
Exanthema subitum. 2-year-old boy with a severe disturbance of the AZ and an acute high fever of 40 °C. Macular exanthema with densely packed red-brown spots of different size and no symptoms.
Acne comedonica. general view: Recurrent multiple, disseminated standing retention cysts of 0.3-1.2 cm size on the back of a 38-year-old man, recurring since adolescence; multiple black comedones (blackheads) are also present.
Melanoma, malignant, nodular. Malignant melanoma of the primary nodular type. In the last months area and thickness growth. Wetting and bleeding from time to time. Asymmetrical, irregular and blurred, clearly raised, dark brown-black lump of medium-rough consistency. Crustal deposits.
scleroderma, circumscribed. generalized CS. blurred, clearly indurred, whitish atrophic plaques without any signs of inflammation, which do not move towards the lower surface. subjectively there is a slight feeling of tension. the trunk of the body is a typical predilection site.
Parapsoriasis en grandes plaques: A recurring finding that has persisted for years; increasing elevation of the plaques with stronger scaling Histological: transition to mycosis fungoides
pemphigus vulgaris: recurrent clinical picture for months. superficially, weeping, non-detachable (because painful) crusts are found on weeping surfaces. no clinically detectable blisters. at the same time, extensive erosions of the oral mucosa. on searching inspection of the skin, very isolated, easily injured (immediately bursting) blisters can be found (here in this picture on the patient's left shoulder)
Lichen simplex chronicus, detail enlargement: Strongly itchy, hemp grain-sized, solid, sharply defined, flat, skin-coloured to reddish papules and scratch excoriations on the buttocks of a 31-year-old man.
