Lichen simplex chronicus: Solitary, chronically stationary, red, rough plaque, which is formed by the "confluence" of multiple red papules. In the marginal area, single papules are still visible.

Chronic stationary, 2.5 cm large, sharply defined, clearly elevated, itchy, red, rough, scaly plaque and small rhagades on the right nipple of a 45-year-old atopic woman, persisting for 2-3 months.

Naevus verrucosus (series): Control in the 8th year of life.

Pityriasis versicolor: largeand small, little scaly, only occasionally slightly itchy, bright, bizarrely configured, hardly scaly spots.

Naevus lipomatosus cutaneus superficialis.

Primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma, detail enlargement: 0.5-3 cm large, livid to erythematous, painless plaques, clearly indurated on otherwise apparently free skin.

Tungiasis: Detail enlargement of the previous overview. densely standing, 1-5 mm large, partly roundish, but mostly stripy reddish-livid papules (duct structures; see right in the picture) which almost always show a small encrusted erosion at the edge (entry site of the fleas). In the center of the picture the efflorescences are overlaid by scaling.

Leprosy indeterminata (-I-): Large hypopigmented, only slightly hypaesthetic, little infiltrated plaques without accentuating the edges.

Erythema multiforme: suddenly occurring, itchy, disseminated exanthema with cocard-like plaques, which has been present for a few days; the skin lesions appeared shortly after starting antibiotic therapy for urinary tract infection.

verruca seborrhoica: multiple verrucae seborrhoicae. continuous development since the 4th decade of life. findings: densely standing, 0.2-1.0 cm large, yellowish also brownish flat papules. individual seborrhoeic keratoses itch repeatedly. no clinically detectable inflammatory symptoms.

Pseudomonas folliculitis, detail enlargement: follicularly bound erythematous papules, partly glassy impressive pustules and scratch excoriations.

Drug exanthema, maculo-papular. multiple, acutely occurring, generalized, very itchy, mainly on the trunk and extremities localized, mostly confluent, smooth papules and plaques in a 31-year-old woman. Occurrence after ingestion of acetylsalicylic acid.
