Scleroderma circumscripts: Band-like form of the scleroderma focus on the upper and lower leg. clinical picture that developed slowly over a period of about 7 years. pulling and stabbing complaints during sports activities.

psoriasis vulgaris. treated psoriasis vulgaris. the previously existing typical psoriatic plaques are replaced by red spots with marginal hyperpigmentation. the treatment was carried out locally with dithranol [cignolin]. scaling no longer present. the brewing discoloration of the lesional surroundings are reversible discolorations of the nromal skin by diathranol. the diagnosis "psoriasis" is doubtless due to the known anamnesis.

Lymphangioma cavernosum (subcutaneous). 7.0 x 6.0 cm in size, soft, elastic (spongy), skin-coloured swelling in the area of the clavicle and the base of the neck in a 6-year-old girl, which has grown along with the remaining body proportions, noticed for the first time in the 1st LJ. No subjective symptoms at all. In the ultrasound Doppler examination, a low-echo structure, well defined to the base, becomes visible. Flux phenomena are not detectable.

Lymphoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma. Detailed picture: red, surface smooth papules and plaques in a 59-year-old patient. No scratch excoriations, no scaling, no pruritus.
