Erythema multiforme: 32-year-old patient with an acutely occurring, itchy, symmetrical exanthema that has been present for a few days. 0.2-0.7 cm tall, sharply defined, firm, red, smooth papules and plaques with an indicated cocardial aspect.
Drug exanthema, maculo-papular: extensive, generalized, symmetrical, severe itching (and painful; skin is sensitive to touch) maculo-papular exanthema, which has existed for 2 days, preceded by a feverish viral infection treated with antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome: extensive vascular malformation with extensive nevus flammeus affecting the trunk and both arms with distinct soft tissue hypertrophy of the right arm.
Atopiceczema in children/adolescents: 3-year-old toddler with previously known atopic eczema; for several weeks increasing severe eczematization with excruciating itching, elevated nummular (also borderline) crusty and weeping plaques; evidence of gram-positive coccus.
Erythema anulare centrifugum: chronically active, centrifugally growing, ubiquitous (here localized on the trunk), red, smooth, solid, confluent anular plaques, the edges of which are palpable like a wet "wool thread".
Hemangioma, cavernous. reflected light microscopy: Section of a lesion of the thigh of a 39-year-old woman. multiple, red, livid and blue-grey, round and oval lacunae. white-blueish, opaque septations (blood-filled cavities lined with endothelium press the papillary connective tissue against the reteleal ridges).
Prurigo simplex subacuata: typicaldistribution pattern of the interval-like itchy, scratched, inflammatory papules and plaques. in places the changes are also linearly arranged. numerous atrophic scars are also visible. known poorly controlled diabetes mellitus. onset of chronic terminal renal insufficiency
Acne, Mallorca acne. acute (after sun exposure 14 days ago), in UV-exposed areas (especially face, upper arms, décolleté, back), 0.1-0.3 cm in size, moderately consistent, itchy, follicular, red, smooth raised areas (papules, pustules).
Parapsoriasis en plaques, large-hearth inflammatory form. general view: For the first time in the 39-year-old woman multiple, itchy, erythematous, brownish, partly scaly, partly confluent plaques appeared at the gluteal region during pregnancy. These spread to the legs in the course of the disease. transition from parapsoriasis en plaques to mycosis fungoides in the patch stage.
Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome: Extensive vascular malformation with a large-area nevus flammeus affecting the trunk and the right lower extremity with soft tissue hypertrophy of the right lower extremity; pelvic obliquity.
Livedo racemosa:generalized livedo racemosa with characteristic bizarre reddening of the skin, which typically does not form closed ring structures; no other organ alterations
Desiccation dermatitis: predominantly coarse lamellar desquamation of the altogether dry skin in the area of the abdomen, caused by treatment with isotretinoin.
Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta: after febrile infection, acutely occurring exanthema with differently sized, symmetrically distributed, hardly itching, intact and eroded or ulcerated papules
Urticaria pigmentosa. general view: Differently large, disseminated, flat, oval or round, exanthematically distributed, brownish-red spots on the trunk and thighs of a 34-year-old female patient. An elevated dermographism can be triggered.
Scleroedema adultorum, a flat, woody, solid induration of the entire back area that has existed for several years and is accompanied by increasing stiffness. Diabetes mellitus known for years.
