Cutis rhomboidalis nuchae. overlapping wrinkles in the neck in massive elastosis actinica in a 73-year-old patient employed in agriculture. The clinical picture is pathognomonic.
Psoriasis palmaris et plantaris (plaque type): A minus variant with affection of the acral thumb area, forming deep and painful (therapy-resistant) rhagades.
Aplasia cutis congenita. a sharply defined, whitish-yellowish, shallowly sunken, hairless area with atrophic, parchment-like skin surface, existing since birth. on incident light microscopy any follicular structures are missing.
Atrophy: Flaccid atrophy (Cutis rhomboidalis nuchae) in an 82-year-old farmer. Solar atrophy of the skin of the neck and the lateral parts of the neck. Paving stone-like surface relief with intersecting longitudinal and oblique furrows (Cutis rhomboidalis nuchae), caused by the severe elastosis actinica (typical is the yellow-white colour of the skin change). The atrophic furrow formation ends abruptly in the area of the hairline (UV-protective effect).
Basal cell carcinoma nodular: Nodule existing for several years, completely without symptoms, size: 2.5 x 3.0 cm. sharply defined. 73-year-old patient. note the bizarre peripheral vessels.
Psoriatic onychodystrophy: numerous so-called spots (pit-shaped depressions in the nail matrix); in the middle of the nail spots and transverse furrows.
Hidrocystoma: General view: For about 2-3 years, formation of disseminated, colorless, painless, 0.1-0.3 cm large nodules on the bridge of the nose; 12-year-old patient.
Graft-versus-Host-Disease, chronic. 2 years after stem cell transplantation, large-area scleroderma and poikiloderma skin alterations with considerable movement restriction.
