Condylomata acuminata. 22-year-old colored patient with small, brownish, partly confluent, continuously increasing papules on the prepuce and penis shaft. Typical condylomas are also found on the glans penis, perianal and anal canal.
Collagenosis, reactive perforating. 12-month-old female patient: Itchy papules with a central depression and a hyperkeratotic clot on the upper back and the upper arm extensor sides.

eczema, contact eczema, allergic. 53 years old, still working bricklayer. chronic eczema with disseminated red, partly skin-coloured papules, which in places have confluated to blurred, lichenified plaques. furthermore discrete, laminar, fine-lamellar scaling as well as multiple partly encrusted erosions. distinct itching. proven chromate sensitisation
Candida sepsis. multiple, chronically active, generalized (facial involvement is partial manifestation), disseminated, partly isolated, partly confluent, brown-black, rough papules and plaques. coarse scales and crusts on the surface. underlying HIV infection and high fever
Cimicosis. acutely appeared after hotel overnight, smooth, standing in a line-shaped grouping, intensely itching, 0.2-1.0 cm large, red papules and papulovesicles with (indicated) central bite sites. Around the bite sites a collateral erythema appears.
Light dermatosis, polymorphic. detail enlargement: multiple, itchy, highly red papules, partly confluent to plaques, partly exudative vesiculously, partly cocardially in the neck in a 46-year-old man.

Fibrokeratome, acquired, digital. 3 years old, slightly pressure-sensitive, skin-coloured papule in the area of the inner nail fold of the right index in a 66-year-old female patient. Currently after partial nail extraction 15 years ago. Partial overgrowth of the papule through the split nail.
