Dermatosis, acute febrile neutrophils. following high fever on the back of a 52-year-old man, acutely occurring multiple, reddish-livid, succulent, pressure-dolent, infiltrated papules confluent to nodules and plaques. overall generalized picture with emphasis on extremities and trunk.
Granuloma anulare subcutaneum. 3 years of continuously multiplying, multiple, mostly aggregated, little painful (only slight painfulness under strong pressure), predominantly reddish, sometimes skin-coloured, dermal and subcutaneously located, smooth papules and nodules, which led to restriction of movement in the middle finger.
Fibrokeratome, acquired digital. subungual lump on the right ring finger, after trauma, slightly progressive in size, skin-colored, rough lump, which is covered by hyperkeratotic skin at the tip.
Xanthogranuloma, necrobiotic with paraproteinemia. 62-year-old female patient shows several clearly infiltrated plaques in the periorbital region, interspersed with yellowish-brown nodular parts.
