Angiokeratoma circumscriptum: Vascular (venous) malformation of the skin (and subcutis) with circumscribed, aggregated moderately firm, blue-grey verrucous, painless plaques and nodules; varicosis of the surrounding area.
erysipelas. flaming, centrofacially accentuated erythema with overheating and with severe lid edema. reduced general condition, chills, fever, swelling of the regional lymph nodes.
Lichen (ruber) planus ulcerosus: extensive infestation of the feet with verrucous and crusty deposits and therapy-resistant deep ulcers with rough edges.
Hidradenitis suppurativa: chronically persistent, brownish or reddish livid scarring in the right axilla of a man. multiple, partly florid, red plaques and nodules. also scar fields. strong nicotine abuse for 30 years.
Squamous cell carcinoma in actinic pre-damaged scalp:Continuously growing keratoacanthoma of the scalp, existingfor about 7months, with a smooth surface and a broad base; multiple actinic keratoses.
Psoriasis: Mosaic dermatosis with expression of psoriatic plaques in the Blaschko lines (right shoulder in band-shaped pattern) and on the right half of the back as a so-called pyhloid pattern (see following schematic pattern).
Granuloma anulare perforans: Presence of a disseminated granuloma anulare with multiple shiny papules, some of which show central ulceration (see inlet).
Dermatitis chronic actinic (type actinic reticuloid): Large-area, severe itching, eczematous clinical picture of the face, which appeared in spring after a short UV exposure and now persisted for several months. Massive lichenification of the skin (see radial lip furrows) as an expression of the chronic inflammatory remodelling of the thickened skin.
Dermatitis contact allergic: Acutely appeared, large red spots and plaques with rough, partly scaly surface as well as haemorrhagic vesicles in an 18-month-old boy. The skin changes occurred a few hours after extensive application of a cream containing lidocaine.
Psoriasis guttata: mixed picture between psoriasis guttata with numerous "fresh" small psoriatic lesions and coin-sized psoriatic plaques existing for a long time
Acne infantum. multiple, chronically active, localized on cheeks and forehead, disseminated, firm, moderately painful, red follicular papules. combination with pustules and red atrophy.
