Rosacea papulopustulosa: disseminated, intermittent papules and pustules that persist for weeks on reddened skin (questionable pretreatment with a glucocorticoid externum); variable feeling of tension of the facial skin.
Haemangioma of the infant. asymptomatic, soft, deep red, rough, rough, flat plaque on the right foot of an infant which grows slowly within the first weeks and months of life. whitish or skin-coloured areas already appear within the not completely homogeneous plaque (beginning regression).
Lymphedema of the vulva: Complication due to lymph cysts. 45-year-old female patient after hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma and postoperative radiotherapy has multiple, skin-coloured, chronically inpatient, temporarily weeping, dense, asymptomatic, 0.1-0.2 cm large, firm, skin-coloured, smooth blisters.
Lichen planus verrucosus. multiple, chronically stationary, unchanged for months, very itchy, up to palm-sized, rough, brownish or brownish-red, verrucous plaques in the area of buttocks and thighs. highly chronic course.
Pronounced livedo racemosa: Intermediate findings after 2 more years (period of clinical follow-up over a period of 8 years); few lesions with very painful central necroses.
Lichen planus exanthematicus. for 2 months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense itchy rash with emphasis on trunk and extremities (face not affected). on the cheek mucosa there are pinhead-sized whitish papules.
lupus erythematosus acute-cutaneous: clinical picture occurred within 14 days, at the time of admission still relapsing-active, with prominent anular patterns. in the current relapse phase fatigue and exhaustion. SPA and CRP significantly increased. ANA 1:160; anti-Ro/SSA antibody positive. DIF: LE - typical.
Atopic eyelid dermatitis: brownish hyperpigmentation of the lower lid (more subtle on the upper lid) in a 32-year-old female patient with atopic eyelid dermatitis, who also reported strongly itchy "flexor eczema".
Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome: extensive vascular malformation with extensive nevus flammeus affecting the trunk and both arms. So far no evidence of soft tissue hypertrophy. No AV fistulas.
Fistula, odontogenic. initially diffuse, later described redness as well as swelling, fluctuation, pain under pressure and spontaneous pain. several weeks later persistence of an inflammatory, slightly painful nodule which does not move on the underlying tissue and whose centre is surrounded by reddish granulation tissue. on pressure evacuation of serous fluid.
Penis carcinoma: plate-like , rough infiltration of the glans penis with extensive fibrin-covered ulceration of the surface, lymphedema of the prepuce in paraphimosis.
Urticaria: Acute clinical picture with multiple, disseminated, predominantly large (> 10 cm), flatly elevated, severely itching, smooth red wheals localized on the trunk and extremities.
