Impetigo contagiosa: acutely occurring, persistent for 5 weeks, increasing despite external therapy, localized in the face of an 18-month-old boy, red, erosive, rough papules and plaques, partly covered with yellow crusts; similar skin lesions are visible on the trunk and on all extremities
AL-amyloidosis in smoldering myeloma: In the 77-year-old patient, this macroglossia with lingua plicata, which has been steadily increasing for 1 year, is clinically present with recurrent flat ecchymoses of the periorbital region, corresponding to a hematoma of the eyeglasses. Further purple skin changes are present in the neck and retroauricularly. The bone marrow biopsy revealed smoldering myeloma (degree of infiltration of plasma cells at 15%).
Pustulosis, acute generalized exanthematous: acutely occurring erythrodermal exanthema with histologically proven subcorneal pustular formation in a 62-year-old patient. Exfoliative (coarse lamellar) scaling. areas of weeping in places.
Mycosis fungoides (plaque stage): 62-year-old man (suction plaque stage of Mycosis fungoides). 2.0-10.0 cm large, multiple, disseminated, occasionally slightly itchy, only slightly consistency increased, slightly scaly red plaques are found. Clinically and histologically no detectable tumorous LK-infection.
Lymphangioma circumscriptum. 20 years old woman. multiple, chronically stationary, since 5 years increasing, glassy translucent, pinhead-sized or larger, often cluster-like aggregated, asymmetrically configured, small cysts (frogspawn-like appearance).

contact dermatitis: blurred eczema plaque on upper and lower eyelid. distinct lichenification with fine-lamellar scaling. crust formation at the inner eyelid angle. permanent, tormenting itching. evidence of sensitization against various eyelid cosmetics.
Dermatosis IgA-lineare: fresh onset of a previously known linear IgA dermatosis, where disseminated, itchy and painful papules and papulo vesicles are present.
Mycosis fungoides follikulotrope: generalised clinical picture; smooth plaques that dissect at the edges, with clear follicular involvement. Moderate itching.
Lichen planus verrucosus. highly itchy,verrucous plaque on the left back of the foot, which has remained unchanged for years. a red-violet seam is visible in all parts of the plaques.
