Lichen planus exanthematicus. 32-year-old patient with this clinical picture, which developed within a few weeks and disseminated to the trunk and extremities. 0.1-0.2 cm large, roundish or polygonal, smooth, rough, livid-red, in places whitish papules with a shiny surface. There is distinct itching, but this has not yet led to visible scratching effects.
Pseudomonas folliculitis, general view: truncal (especially lateral), itchy, maculopapular exanthema with follicularly bound red papules and partly pustules as well as scratch excoriations in a 59-year-old patient. The pathogen was detected, regular use of the indoor swimming pool is confirmed by anamnesis.
lupus erythematodes tumidus: for 4 weeks existing, little symptomatic, succulent, bright red, surface smooth papules and plaques. probably occurred after UV exposure (correlation could not be clearly clarified). no hyperesthesia. Basal cell carcinoma, nodular. 2.5 years of persistent, slowly growing, now 1.8 x 2.3 cm large, centrally ulcerated tumor with telangiectasias in the lower border wall at the right nasolabial fold of a 69-year-old patient.
Scabies in a 3-year-old boy: since several months existing, massively itching, generalized clinical picture with disseminated scaly papules and plaques, here infestation of the palms.
Granuloma anulare disseminatum. 0.2-1.0 cm in size, distributed over the décolleté and arms, standing alone or confluent, bluish to brownish, often anular but also homogeneously filled, non-scaling or only slightly scaling, asymptomatic spots or flat papules and plaques with lupoid infiltrate.
Bowenoid papulosis. 32-year-old patient, anamnestic condylomata acuminata. After successful therapy within a period of 6 months development of these symptomless lesions. Findings: 0.2-0.5 cm large, firm papules with smooth surface.
