Kaposi's sarcoma: Nodular stage of an HIV-associated Kaposi's sarcoma; sharply defined, reddish, darkly pigmented tumor with no symptoms and a slightly verrucous surface.
Lentigo of the mucosa: for 10 years persistent, irregular, blurred, band-shaped, almost circumferential, brown-black spots on the inner side of the labia in a 59-year-old female patient
Dermatitis, phototoxic. general view (stage of healing): Strip-shaped, dark brown hyperpigmentations, partly with healing blisters and crusts on the left-sided trunk of a 30-year-old female patient. Initially painful, itchy blisters on reddened skin along the contact with the triggering plant parts existed after plant contact and subsequent UV exposure.
Lyme borreliosis, late stage: symptomless, blurred, morphea-like, painless plaques existing for several months (?). borrelia titer with highly specific bands positive. histo: diffuse, plasma cell-rich superficial and deep dermatitis. PCR: detection of borrelia antigens.
Granuloma anulare disseminatum: non-painful, non-itching, disseminated, large-area plaques that appeared on the trunk and extremities of a 52-year-old patient. No diabetes mellitus. No other systemic diseases known.
Leprosy lepromatosa: advanced findings with numerous, almost symmetrically distributed, asymptomatic papules and nodules, no accompanying inflammatory reaction.
eczema, hyperkeratotic-rhagadiform eczema of the hands and feet. multiple, chronically stationary, on palms disseminated, up to 3.0 cm in size, blurred, rough, itchy, burning when washing, grey, rough plaques. in addition there are rhagades.
Nevus, melanocytic, congenital, since birth existing, chronically stationary, solitary, approx. 2.5 x 1.0 cm large, localized on the stretching side, scattered with dark papules, brown, rough, blurredly demarcated, symptomless spot in a 12-month-old girl.
Type I neurofibromatosis, peripheral type or classic cutaneous form. massive tumorous transformation of the skin with numerous generalized distributed, soft, skin-colored, partly pointed conical shaped neurofibromas on the left mamma. the CT examination (skull) did not reveal any pathological findings. no neurofibromas known in the family.
