Melanoma, malignant, lentigo-maligna melanoma. asymmetric, multicoloured, reddish-brownish to black, irregularly limited plaque with nodular parts. The diagnosis was confirmed histologically from the nodular black part.
Xanthomas, eruptive:disseminated, 0.1-0.3 cm large, yellow-brown, flat raised, superficially smooth and shiny, firm papules in dense seeding in a 54-year-old patient with known hyperlipoproteinemia type IV.
Amyloidosis systemic: flat light brown, symptomless spots and plaques on both backs of the hands; recurrent fresh bleeding in the case of banal trauma.
Verruca seborrhoica. soft, raised, grey-brown to black papules and plaques with a fissured, warty surface, interspersed with black horn stoppers. variable size, from a few mm to about 1.2 cm in diameter. disseminated appearance.
Common melanocytic nevus:Symmetrically structured melanocytic compound nevus of junctional and dermal cell nests with basal maturation coveredby papillomatous squamousepithelium. The nests are superficially discontinuously pigmented, accompanied by melanophages. The squamous epithelium is narrowed and with elongated reticules, covered by lamellar hyperkeratosis.
Extension along the hair follicles in strands, here partly neuroid cytomorphology of melanocytes.
Scleroderma, systemic (sclerosis of the hands): Raynaud's syndrome, known since puberty, palmar hyperhidrosis, slight doughy swellings with reduced skin shifting; sclerosis becomes apparent when the fingers are simply bent.
Papillomatosis cutis lymphostatica. massive findings with papillomatous vegetation on the back of the foot and toes. condition after recurrent erysipelas.
Thomson's syndrome. bilateral raparification of the eyebrows and eyelashes in a 59-year-old woman with Thomson's syndrome. Furthermore, cross-linked telangiectasias, confluent pigmentation spots and well definable depigmentation on both cheeks.
Melanoma, malignant, acrolentiginous. bizarrely configured, symptomless patch of the ball of the thumb, which has been continuously enlarged for several years. following surgery of the metacarpo-phalangeal joint. the incision line was led through the melanoma, see scar in the centre.
