Lymphedema: one-sided, skin-coloured swelling due to insufficient transport capacity of the lymphatic vessel system; swelling of the toes and back of the foot (Stemmersches sign: positive).
Lymphedema: one-sided, skin-coloured swelling due to insufficient transport capacity of the lymph vessel system.
Lymphedema: since the age of 13, increasing swelling of both legs and the back of the foot with non-pitting edema; for 2 years, multiple, extensive, blurred, rough, brown plaques.
Lymphedema: 44-year-old female patient, Zn several erysipelas of the right lower leg with resulting lymphedema; now clear stemmer sign (box toe).
Lymphedema: chronic lymphedema with complicative onychomycosis; positive Stemmersches sign with bulging transverse folds over the 2nd toe.
Lymphedema: chronic lymphedema in recurrent erysipelas with pronounced verrucous transformation of the skin (papillomatosis cutis lymphostatica).
Lymphedema secondary: diffuse, uniform swelling of the right lower extremity with papillomatosis cutis lymphostatica. Known CVI. If the patient stands for a longer period of time the swelling increases significantly.
Chronic genital lymphedema ( condition following pelvic lymphadenectomy) with incipient papillomatosis cutis lymphostatica.
Lymphedema of the vulva: Complication due to lymph cysts. 45-year-old female patient after hysterectomy for cervical carcinoma and postoperative radiotherapy has multiple, skin-coloured, chronically inpatient, temporarily weeping, dense, asymptomatic, 0.1-0.2 cm large, firm, skin-coloured, smooth blisters.
