Rhagade in chronic actinic cheilitis: A deep, narrow, elongated defect of the lower lip which has existed for several weeks and is covered with crusts.

Rhagade. 75-year-old patient with a hyperkeratotic ?fingertip eczema? that has been present for years. Deep, extremely painful oblong substance defects that occur repeatedly at the same sites. No clinical signs of a local infection.



Rhagade: Recurrent, painful, deep, extremely schematic skin tear in the hyperkeratotic skin of the heel with underlying psoriasis plantaris, especially in the winter months.

Rhagade: several deep, very painful rhagades in severe psoriasis plantaris.

Rhagade: transverse deep painful rhagades in severe plantar psoriasis.

Rhagade: reactive hyperkeratosis of the heel region with recurrent rhagade formation (spot circled).
