Lamelle, kornoide

Histologisches Phänomen mit säulenförmigem schmalem Parakeratosekegel, der sich durch das orthokeratotische Hornmaterial zieht. Das Epithel an diesen Stellen ist leicht eingesunken, fokal fehlt das Stratum corneum.

Keratinozyten unterhalb der kornoiden Lamelle sind vakuolisiert, vereinzelt finden sich Einzelzellnekrosen; die kornoide Lamelle ist kennzeichnend für Erkrankungen der Porokeratosegruppe und wurde primär durch den italienischen Dermatologen Vittorio Mibelli beschrieben.
