Lipomatosis benign symmetrical: shoulder girdle or pseudoathletic type.

Drug exanthema after ingestion of a cephalosporin. 4 days after continuous intake of the antibiotic, sudden (overnight) development of this moderately itchy, maculo-papular exanthema. Noticeable is the emphasis on UV-exposed areas. However, UV exposure of these skin areas was (demonstrably) months ago.

Transitory acantholytic dermatosis (M.Grover): moderately itchy clinical picture with disseminated itchy papules and also papulo vesicles, which has been present for a few weeks; Nikolski phenomenon negative.

Melanosis neurocutanea. Multiple congenital melanocytic giant nevi. Blotchy pattern with no midline boundary.

UV provocation

Stevens-Johnson syndrome: Acutely occurring vesicular exanthema with characteristic, bull's-eye erythema, plaques and blisters as well as extensive, painful erosions of red lips, lip mucosa, tongue and gingiva in an 18-year-old woman. Clear general feeling of illness.

Acne conglobata: inflammatory, also abscessing nodules, bowl-shaped atrophic scars. continuous course of acne since puberty. the skin symptoms are combined with severe acne inversa of the axillae and inguinal regions.

Scleroedema adultorum. extensive, board-like indurations in the region of the upper back, neck and shoulders in a 65-year-old female patient with diabetes mellitus. secondary findings are shortness of breath and movement restrictions of the arms.

Mycosis fungoides. 59-year-old female patient with foudroyant mycosis fungoides, now tumor stage((IVA2) with torpid decaying tumors (crater-like ulcers). In addition, numerous scarred plaques and tumors healed. Condition after multiple cytostatic therapy.

Mycosis fungoides tumor stage: Mycosis fungoides has been known for many years, and for several months there has been a continuous appearance of plaques and nodules on the face, trunk and extremities.

Perifollicular fibromas: multiple completely asymptomatic follicular nodules which are only visible when viewed from the side.

Erythema anulare centrifugum: multiple, chronically active, centrifugally growing, ubiquitous (here localized at the trunk), slightly itchy, red, rough, scaly, solid, anular plaques. The edges of the plaques are palpable like a wet "wool thread". There is a recurrent intestinal candidosis in the shown case.

Nevus melanocytic common: melanocytic nevus existingsince earliest childhood. No symptoms. No growth.

Zoster: grouped blisters on reddened skin in a 38-year-old male. Moderate pain, healing without complications, no postzosteric neuralgia.

Dermatitis, phototoxic. general view (stage of healing): Strip-shaped, dark brown hyperpigmentations, partly with healing blisters and crusts, on the left forearm of a 30-year-old female patient. 2 weeks ago, after plant contact and subsequent UV exposure, suddenly appeared burning, painful, itchy blisters on reddened skin along the strip-shaped contact with the relevant plant parts.

Nevus melanocytic congenital bathing trunk type: congenital, large melanocytic nevus on the trunk and thighs.

Tinea corporis:unusually elongated, non-pretreated, large-area tinea in known HIV infection.

Vitiligo: generalized vitiligo in a young Ethiopian. sharply defined, almost symmetrically arranged depigmentations, mostly of large and small area. on close inspection, further, multiple, less sharply marked incompetently depigmented spots (grey-brown stains) can be found.
