Nevus from the back of an 84-year-old man who already had a melanoma 8 years ago. Noticed during the follow-up. The excision revealed a dysplastic nevus of the compund-type.

Nevus melanocytic common: long-standing melanocytic nevus. No symptoms. No growth.

Klippel-Trénaunay syndrome: extensive vascular malformation with extensive nevus flammeus affecting the trunk and both arms with distinct soft tissue hypertrophy of the right arm.

Nodular or nodular basal cell carcinoma. Relatively inconspicuous, sharply defined, completely asymptomatic, red nodule with a smooth, shiny surface (see detailed image and incident light image as inlet). The bizarre (tumor) vessels of the basal cell carcinoma become visible in incident light.

eczema, photoallergic. 51-year-old female patient. generalized skin disease with 0.2-0.4 cm large, red, slightly scaly papules (see lower margin of the picture), which have merged into flat plaques on the exposed skin areas. sudden spread. appearance within a few weeks after infection, intake of antibiotics as well as later exposure to sunlight.

scabies. severely itching, disseminated, pinhead to lentil-sized, centrally eroded papules on the trunk and extremities. granulomas appear periumbilical and inguinal.

Acne inversa. severe clinical, therapy-resistant findings in a 52-year-old female patient. existing since the age of 20. keloid scars. furthermore inflammatory papules, nodules and extensive indurations.

Becker nevus: blurredly limited completely symptomless hyperpigmentation.

Molluscum contagiosum: disseminated mollusca contagiosa in an immunocompetent patient, known allergic diathesis.

Naevus verrucosus unius lateralis: Multiple, chronically inpatient, since birth existing, in recent years clearly raised, large-area plaques, running along the Blaschko lines and in a linear pattern, localized mainly on the right side of the body, sharply defined, firm, symptomless, grey-brown, rough, wart-like plaques in a 16-year-old adolescent of Mediterranean ethnicity.

Ulcerated melanoma: 8 cm large, nodular ulcerated (largely amelanotic) melanoma on the right flank, growth over 5 years. The patient died 3 months after diagnosis due to cerebral metastasis.

Lichen nitidus in dark skin. Generalized form.
