Lupus erythematosus (overview): non-scarring, chronic lupus erythematosus of the skin (Lupus erythemadoes tumidus) with variable, indolent plaques and nodules; no sign of systemic lupus erythematosus.
Lichen planus. large-area lichen planus formed by aggregation of small papules (see upper edge of the large plaque in the middle of the picture). distinct lichenification; only moderate passagonal itching. wickham's pattern is recognizable.
Scabies granulomatosa. 62-year-old patient with an allegedly healed scabies infection. 0.6-0.8 cm large, red to red-blue papules with a reddish border and scaly or crusty surface persist.
Condylomata acuminata. 22-year-old colored patient with small, brownish, partly confluent, continuously increasing papules on the prepuce and penis shaft. Typical condylomas are also found on the glans penis, perianal and anal canal.
Basal cell carcinoma, sclerodermiformes. 82-year-old female patient has a red, scaly, centrally ulcerated plaque measuring approximately 1 x 1 cm in the area of the tip of the nose with telangiectasia at the edges.
Parapsoriasis en plaques, large-heart inflammatory form, detail: Chronic stationary, solitary, erythematous, sharply limited, scaly plaque on the left flank of a 45-year-old woman.
lupus erythematosus acute-cutaneous: clinical picture known for several years, occurring within 14 days, at the time of admission still with intermittent progression. anular patterns. circinar desquamation in the area of the plaques. DIF: LE - typical.
Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin: carcinoma of the nail bed that has been present for several months (?), is mistaken for a fungal disease of the fingernail and is painful under pressure; onychodystrophy.
eczema, contact eczema, allergic. 53 years old, still working bricklayer. chronic eczema with disseminated red, partly skin-coloured papules, which in places have confluated to blurred, lichenified plaques. furthermore discrete, laminar, fine-lamellar scaling as well as multiple partly encrusted erosions. distinct itching. proven chromate sensitisation
Airborne Contact Dermatitis. 2-week-old, very itchy and burning, flat, blurred eczema reaction in the area of the unclothed areas shown here. upper eyelids, retroauricular region, chin and neck region are also flatly eczematized. the changes began abruptly in the 2nd week of May.
Acrodermatitis continua suppurativa:pronounced sterile-pustular, acral dermatitis with extensive destruction of the nails; the huat alterations are combined with severe arthritis psoriatica.
