Eczema atopic (overview): severe, universal (erythrodermic) atopic eczema. exacerbation phase since about 3 months. patient with rhinitis and conjunctivitis with pollinosis. total IgE >1.000IU.
Condition 4 weeks after germ removal, extensive removal of the underlying fibrosis plates by means of shave excision and defect coverage by means of split skin.
Systemic lupus erythematosus: after exposure to sunlight the findings worsen significantly with persistent, moderately sharply defined, symmetrical, non-scaling red plaques.

Pseudocyst of the auricle; solitary, acute, for 4 weeks existing elevation (cyst), 2.5 cm in size, after blunt trauma, blurredly limited, plumply fluctuating, red, smooth, flatly domed, fluid-filled elevation (cyst).
Scabies in a 3-year-old boy: since several months existing, massively itching, generalized clinical picture, with disseminated scaly papules and plaques; also linear formations.
Multiple, 0.5-2.0 cm large, skin-coloured or light red, bulging, protuberant papules and nodules with smooth, shiny surface, partly interspersed with telangiectasia.
Mononucleosis, infectious. generalized, non-itching exanthema in a 17-year-old woman. painful lymphadenopathy (neck, nape of neck). little itching, urticarial, small spotted, confluent exanthema in places with distinct emphasis on face and trunk.
Parapsoriasis en plaques, large-heart form: a few months after pregnancy, the 39-year-old patient noticed these flat, brownish, blurred plaques on the upper arm.
Pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta: Following an unclear febrile infection acutely occurring exanthema with differently sized, symmetrically distributed papules, few papulovesicles and erosions.
Urticaria pigmentosa adultorum: Classical form of cutaneous mastocytosis (excess of mast cells in the skin) with multiple red patches and wheals (positive Darier sign, due to the friction of the trousers) clearly protruding in the buttock area, and light brown in the adjacent lumbar area, 0.1-0.3 cm in size.
