Granuloma anulare. ring-shaped, lichenoid shiny, centrifugally growing papules in the area of the upper arm.

Vasculitis, leukocytoclastic (non-IgA-associated). multiple, acute, symmetric, localized on both lower legs for 1 week, irregularly distributed, 0.1-0.2 cm large, sharply defined, symptomless, red, smooth patches (non-compressible). Occurrence after flu-like infection and ingestion of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.

Lupus erythermatodes tumidus: chronic recurrent disease for several years.

Caterpillar dermatitis: A few hours after "stand-up paddling" itching and burning dermatitis with streaky formations.

Gradual growth of the area with ulcerated centre and bright red edge margin. Severe, always punctual itching (stimulus response: spooning out of the lesion with the fingernail; then sudden cessation of itching).

Sézary syndrome: universal redness with small bizarre recesses. small spotted scaling. massive itching, sometimes pain.
