Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria. (Hallopeau-Siemens). Flat atrophy of the skin of the hands.

Hordeolum. solitary, acute (existing since 7 days), 0.5 cm high, bulging, strongly painful, red, smooth lump with surrounding reflex erythema. Occurs in a 10-year-old girl in the region of the right epicanthus.

Psoriasis vulgaris. Psoriatic, pretreated plaque of the glans penis.

Basal cell carcinoma (overview): Nodular basal cell carcinoma with a shiny, smooth surface interspersed with bizarre telangiectases.

Keratoacanthoma: rare localization of a keratoacanthoma which is otherwise typical of the course (6 weeks) and clinical aspect.

Basal cell carcinoma, nodular, centrally ulcerated tumor with a clear wall at the edge of the temporal region. Ulcer not painful. Characteristic for the diagnosis "basal cell carcinoma ulcerated" is the raised, reflecting wall of the "ulcer" with the bizarre vascular structures already visible with the naked eye, which run over the wall (see edge region below right).

Erythema palmare et plantar symptomaticum. general view: blurred, flat redness of the right palm. known diabetes mellitus type II.

Lichen planus verrucosus: Large, coarse, brownish to brownish-red plaques with a verrucous surface that have been present for 6-7 years. There is itching, and several scratch artefacts have been found in the vicinity of the skin lesions.

Rhagade: transverse deep painful rhagades in severe plantar psoriasis.

Naevus flammeus (port wine stain): congenital erythema in the facial region (capillary vascular malformation), localized in V2 distribution, completely without symptoms. 4-month-old boy, developed according to age.

Psoriasis pustulosa palmaris et plantaris: Acute onset, flat erythema with isolated and confluent pustules in the palm and finger flexion area.

Lichen planus erosivus mucosae. painful gingivitis existing for more than one year in cases of currently unsuccessful therapies by the dentist. overall progressive course. chronically stationary, extensive, border-like, painful erythema and erosions as well as extensive whitish plaques are visible.

Necrobiosis lipoidica: Sharply defined, centrally atrophic plaque, distinct brown-red tinged edges, in the cnetrum of the lesion translucent underlying venous convolutes.

Eczema atopic in child/adolescent: 14-year-old girl. acute episode of the previously known atopic eczema.

Acne papulopustulosa: disseminated follicular papules, pustules and retracted scars; recurrent course.
