Nail hematoma: sharply distally limited discoloration of the big toe nail. nail matrix at the distal cutting edge unchanged. no longitudinal striation of the nail.

Naevus flammeus: congenital, unilateral, chronically inpatient, bizarre, sharply defined, symptomless naevus flammeus; increasing thickness of vascular lesions with a tendency to focal bleeding after banal trauma.

Condylomata gigantea:tumour-like or cauliflower-like nodes growing exophytic and locally infiltrating in the anal region; the viral acanthomas on normal skin are reminiscent of Verrucae seborrhoicae.

Psoriasis seborrhoeic type: for several months constant and therapy-resistant, only slightly elevated, homogeneously filled, symmetrical, red-yellow, slightly accentuated plaques, no type I allergies detectable.

Hand-foot syndrome: after chemotherapy. grade 3: extensive blistering; oozing, coarse lamellar desquamation; ulceration, severe pain.

Syphilide, papular: multiple, disseminated, dense, small, reddish papules and nodules on a tanned integument in a 67-year-old patient; distinctly palpable, non-painful axillary and inguinal lymph nodes.
