Ulcus cruris venosum. solitary, chronically stationary, retroangulary localized (typical CVI position), 7.0 x 4.0 cm in size, sharply and angularly limited, moderately painful (depending on position), red ulcer. extensive, brown induration of the ulcer environment (dermatolipofasciosclerosis). detectable chronic venous insufficiency.
Mycosis fungoides (plaque stage): 72-year-old male (suction plaque stage of Mycosis fungoides); multiple, disseminated, 2.0-10.0 cm large, occasionally slightly itchy, only slightly increased in consistency, slightly scaly red, poikilodermatous plaques; conspicuous atrophy of the lesional skin (characteristics of the " Granulomatous slackskin")
Lichen planus mucosae. 44-year-old, otherwise healthy Ethiopian patient with extensive lichen planus of the skin. Findings: Mucous membrane alterations exclusively affect the back of the tongue orbital area. Whitish plaque with irregularly felted surface affecting the entire surface of the tongue.
Lichen planus atrophicans. atrophying Lichen planus existing for several years. recurrent, spontaneous formation of erosions and also flat ulcers. resistance to therapy.
Infection of the foot, gram-negative, strongly weeping, in places crusty, painful, foul-smelling, extensive erosion in the area of the forefoot with maceration of the interdigital space. extensive hyperkeratosis of the plantar forefoot.
Lichen planus exanthematicus: for several months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense rash with emphasis on the trunk and extremities (face not affected). 0.1-0.2 cm large, rounded, brown to brown-red papules with a smooth surface appear as single florescence. Here confluence to larger plaques.
Pemphigoid gestationis: Intensely itching exanthema since 4 weeks with multiple, generalized, symmetrical, truncated, large red plaques with isolated, bulging blisters.
Granuloma eosinophilicum faciei (Granuloma faciale): Typical finding in a 72-year-old man. No significant secondary diseases, no medication history. The finding has existed for several years, is slowly progressive. No significant symptoms.
Lichen planus exanthematicus: for 3 months persistent, itchy, generalized, dense rash with emphasis on the trunk and extremities (face not affected); on the cheek mucosa there are pinhead-sized whitish papules; as an individual florescence a 0.1-0.2 cm large, rounded, brown to brown-red papule with a smooth surface appears.
