Scabies: severe, generalized, long-term untreated, only moderately itchy (pyodermized) scabies, with infestation of the entire integument. extensive, psoriasiform, pyodermized skin lesions. Remark: clear neglect of the patient
Airborne Contact dermatitis: chronic (>6 weeks) extensive, enormously itching and burning eczema with uniform infestation of the entire exposed facial area including the eyelids.
contact dermatitis: blurred eczema plaque on upper and lower eyelid. distinct lichenification with fine-lamellar scaling. crust formation at the inner eyelid angle. permanent, tormenting itching. evidence of sensitization against various eyelid cosmetics.
Keratosis palmoplantaris circumscripta seu areata: General view: Since birth existing, verrucous, hyperkeratotic plaques of the proximal phalanx and medial phalanx of digitus III of the left hand in a 10-year-old female patient.
Psoriasis plantaris (plaque type): red, massively scaly, markedly indurated plaque on the sole of the foot; yellowish, flat keratoses; there is a marked restriction in walking ability.
scleroderma circumscribed (plaque-type). 46 years old patient. 10 years old clinical picture. extensive firmly indurated brown plaques on the trunk. "risen" pattern. smooth atrophic, mirror-like surface.
Mycosis fungoides follikulotrope: generalised clinical picture; smooth plaques that dissect at the edges, with clear follicular involvement. Moderate itching.
Lichen planus verrucosus. highly itchy,verrucous plaque on the left back of the foot, which has remained unchanged for years. a red-violet seam is visible in all parts of the plaques.
Circumscribed scleroderma (plaque type): brownish plaques that have existed since early childhood, are only slightly indurated, unilateral, and completely asymptomatic.
Hidradenitis suppurativa, a progressive and extensive finding with papules, pustules, nodules and indurated ductal fistulae that has been present for many years.
Paget, M., extramammary. general view: Persistent, sharply defined, large-area, macerated, focal ulcerated, livid-reddish, non-pruritic, infiltrated erythema of vulva, perineum and perianal region of a 90-year-old female patient.
